Smart watches have been on the market for years and it took me a while before I decided to try one. Since I had a heart attack some years back I regularly monitor my heart rate, pulse, blood pressure and check my heart all the time. It's one of those you just can't shake off. I will always have this worry that it may happen again and that is where a smartwatch comes in very handy. So many health features that makes life so much easier and the best is the Emergency feature: If I ever fall the device will recognise the fall and dial the emergencies automatically for help when I can't. I own an i-phone so that's why I decided on the Apple Watch SE3 but a Samsung or Fitbit are doing the same job.
